Just finished the Six Sigma White Belt certification. I enjoyed learning about the history of Six Sigma and the continued growth companies have experienced while implementing Six Sigma.
Lean Six Sigma proved to be not only a methodology for engineering more efficient and effective business processes within an organization but a systematic approach for collaboratively eliminating waste in the order chain and reducing potential financial liabilities within the project scope.
Enabling the different moving elements in a business process to work with higher productivity facilitates a business's ability to save time, avoid unnecessary costs, and reduce variations that impede customer satisfaction.
